Lakeshore Community Services – Semi-Independent Living Program
Services: The program aids individuals in locating affordable housing and in understanding and negotiating the details associated with successfully living in the community. Staff in Semi-Independent living are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to resolve problems, respond to a crisis or simply offer a ride to the store.

Mental Health Association – Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team
Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team – Collects confidential satisfaction surveys from mental health and Drug & Alcohol service consumers and families of children receiving mental health services in Erie County. Survey results are processed and reported to service providers, managed care and County Office of Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities with goal of ensuring consumer input in delivery of services. Second Chance Computers
Second Chance Computers – 5 week training course on basic computer skills for computer mental health consumers with little or no computer literacy. Upon graduation, trainees take home donated used laptop on which they trained. Always in need of donated laptops.
