Services: Credit and budget counseling, pre-purchase education workshop, pre-closing workshop, foreclosure prevention. Homeless Prevention Services include rental subsidies for eligible individuals to avoid loss of permanent housing.
Services: The ACT Team provides the intensive rehabilitation, treatment and support services geared toward assisting that client achieve his or her life goals. This includes service coordination, psychiatric services, individual and group therapy, substance abuse counseling, work related services, daily living skills, social and interpersonal relationship counseling, leisure-time skill training, family education and support, and peer support services.
Services: Staff in the Supported Living program offer individuals with an intellectual disability the education and fortitude they need to negotiate with landlords, budget their money or access available means of community assistance such as food stamps or medical care.
Services include individual counseling, life skills groups, assistance in enrolling in higher education, job preparation and retainment skills training and assistance in obtaining suitable housing.
