Services: The program aids individuals in locating affordable housing and in understanding and negotiating the details associated with successfully living in the community. Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team – Collects confidential satisfaction surveys from mental health and Drug & Alcohol service consumers and families of children receiving mental health services in Erie County. Survey results are processed and reported to service providers, managed care and County Office of Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities with goal of ensuring consumer input in delivery of services.
