Services: Early Intervention Services at Erie County Care Management (ECCM) are for any child from birth to 3 years of age who may display developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: Speech and Language, Gross or Fine Motor, Cognition, Self-Help or Social/Emotional Development. The program is responsible for Intake, Screening and Service Coordination.
