Description:
Time Limited Family Reunification (TLFR) is a home and community based service that works with parents of children recently placed in foster care. The goal is to assist parents in removing barriers to reunification including strengthening parenting skills, promoting child development, finding stable housing/employment, connecting with mental health or drugs and alcohol treatment, and facilitating parent-child visitations.
