Adoption Search: Individuals, who were either adopted, placed a child for adoption, or are related to an adoptee or a birth parent that Family Services of NW PA worked with, may request a search. (814-866-4509)

Child Welfare Adoption: Family Services of NW PA recruits and assesses families who wish to adopt children available through any Office of Children & Youth Services in the state of Pennsylvania. (814-866-4552)

Kinship Care Services: Family Services of NW PA facilitates the placement of children in the custody of a County Children and Youth agency into the home of a relative or other significant adult. All referrals must come from a County Children and Youth Agency.

Private and International Home Study Services: private home studies for individuals or couples who are in the process of adopting an identified child through a private arrangement with the birth family. Counseling services can be arranged for the birth family to assist them through the adoption process.
